Clean, wonderful hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and en suite rooms.

Booked a triple room that included a hairdryer, free wireless internet, and a safe box. the hotel was in the center of Florence. - the area was very cozy, just a stone's throw away from Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo, as well as major sites, museums, shopping, and bars.

Amazing huge rooms by all standards, by far the largest I've had during my travels in Europe, fantastic location- you're a stones throw from the (2 minute walk), the duomo (3 min walk) and only 1km from the main station.

Nothing! This b&b is perfect for independent travellers who don't need to be hand held every step of the way. Staff are on site from 9-12 which is more than enough to have all questions answered. This place is great.

The rooms boast of one of the best locations in Florence in terms of its proximity to the Piazza Della Signoria as well as the Duomo and a short walk to the city train station. Great for shopping as well. With a room overlooking the Duomo, it probably cant get better. (Room. No 7) The rooms are well furnished and well ventilated. Very clean and tidy. Staff available from 9am to 12 noon .... very helpful with telephonic bookings and other queries if you have any.

The bathrooms are small though comfortable and clean. Provision for a dedicated coffee / tea making machine in the room would have been nice. Though there is a common room with a fridge, hot plate to boil water, coffee vending machine and microwave for all guests.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Della Signoria. The location was perfect for seeing the museums and other sites, and good for shopping too. Andrea was very kind and efficient checking us in and out. We arrived early and he graciously let us leave our luggage at the hotel so we could start exploring Florence. Our room, #3, was lovely and clean and just what we wanted. The residence was very quiet as well, despite its city location. We would recommend Residenza Della Signoria to anyone wanting to stay in comfort while being right in town to enjoy the best of Florence.

The hotel with well priced and good sized rooms, in a shopping area, quite in the centre in the town. Fantastic location, near a prominent art museum. Overall a very good stay for one night.

Wonderful location and view. A working lift and extremely helpful manager. Beautiful room in keeping with the renaissance style of Firenze. Wi Fi reception and use was also great. A superb bed. Very central to everything including some very good restaurants.

Very nice rooms. Everyone seems has a view. Very central location. Everything (and also good restorants) could be taken by hand. Althow the residence has a common kitchen coner with dinner tables.

Towels and linen and also pillows could be better.

The service here was super friendly and made my stay really enjoyable. It felt like they really paid attention to what I needed throughout the whole time I was here 😊.
